Oh Kay, he's adorable. I see he already has on his winter sweater. Is it cold where you live, I don't remember where you live. But, maybe the
haircut made him cold ah?

Kay is in Kentucky! It is getting cold here in Michigan too! Grrrrr..........
Nick looks adorable - his coat is so shiny. I bet he is nice and soft and smells fresh as a daisy! You can tell he loves his Grammy! Jody and Taffy (spaniel mix, diabetic for 6 years, rec'd her wings in Dec. '07) www.caninesupportgroup.com |

Whoa Jody...I am in West Tn between Memphis and Nashville. It was cool that day and he shivers sometimes so I tried a sweater and it helps. His hair is thin
now as he has that silky like hair where as Emma's is thick like a sheep. I am proud of his look. when he came back I did not think he would make it a
week. He seems fine. He eats, sleeps and is fine. Seems pretty happy. He is 11 and a half now.

I always thought Memphis and Nashville had warmer weather... What is the coldest you get there? |

Oh Kay, I love that area!! And well, Nash has silky hair, but he's got sooo much that he would never need a coat. My mom's little Yorkie is another
story. He practically lives in a sweater from late Oct through March. He shivers uncontrollably if he doesn't have one on.
You did know we call Nash 'NASHVILLE' when he is a bad boy. And we have a cat named Dublin. I'm true blue American, and hubby is 100% Irish, born and raised so we had to have a city of each. Actually we named Nash after the program with Don Johnson, Nash Bridges. But, I was the one that started calling him Nashville.

Kay that grandson Nick is a cutie. You have fallen in love. I say keep him!!!! I have two of my youngest dogs( Sebastian and Harley) that my daughter got from
the pound. She actually thought that Sebastian was a Rot but was fooled within a few months. Harley had parvo. My husband took care of him as my daughter was
never home. So these 2 became ours. No way is she talking then. They are our boys!!!And she knows this.
As far as having sick animals .I do think that we are magnets because we would care for them. Some people wouldn't.Lets see I have had a Addisons dog, a mast cell survivor( Kahlua), Cushings, diabetes and hypothyroidism( Pebbles),and twice obstructed Cleo the cat. There were days I felt like a nurse. " Cindi. Gene and I watch the reruns to Nash Bridges. A pretty good show. I wonder why "Nash" never did any more shows? |
