Specialty Medical Supplies 28 gauge box of 100 Am Med Direct I can't find the gauge size (they are purple) box of 100 Neighborhood 28 gauge box of 100 Just PM me with your address and what you want (take them all) I will get them in the mail. Posts: 10014 08/22/09 01:26 PM Administrator	Heh Dawn, I am confused about the lancets. I have a Relion Meter and I use the lancet that came with it. I'm not sure if any of the stuff you have listed will work with the Relion Lancet? If so, I'd be interested. Cindy and Nash Nash was born 9/2/1998, and is my sweet 1/2 breed Cocker Spaniel/English Springer Spaniel. He was dx'd with diabetes in November 2007 and is currently on 9 units of Novelin N twice a day. Nash went blind approximately 6 mnths after dx, has glaucoma and gets eye drops 5x day

Posts: 1681 08/22/09 03:50 PM Owner /Administrator	Cindy A lancet is a lancet... any will work.. Your looking to get blood and that's all. If your using the pen with the lancet then maybe it wont fit... But i never use the pen.. I think you get better results using just a strait lancet.. And most dogs hate the clicking sound and the big pen freaks some out.. I have used ReliOn lancets and they work fine...

I literally take the whole cover off and poke him with the bare end of the lancet needle. It's doesn't pop, not that Nash would hear it anyway, but, I was stupid when I first started, and didn't know how to use it properly. When I finally figured out how to use it properly, I didn't like it, so I don't use it as the 'pen'. Hope that makes sense. Dawn, I would use the lancets if no one else wants them. Moderator Posts: 3785 08/22/09 07:44 PM	I`m with Johanna, a lancet is a lancet and I found they usually fit most pen`s (clicker thing)!!! The sound never phased Rorky, which was really something with that tyke!! Have only had a few but they fit all. "The cruelest animal is the Human animal".
