Hello and welcome to CSG!  Your curve posted here is actually pretty nice and looks fairly good for a newly diagnosed dog.  You're doing a great job so far.  It takes time to regulate the diabetic.  What I see is that you are getting a good reaction from the insulin and a nice smooth drop after injection.  I'm not sure what you consider a "low", but there are not any low readings there.  If you mean the 92 reading-that is not low, (but it is coming fairly late in the 12 hour period after insulin).   92 could be considered a good "peak" number and that should be coming anywhere from 5-7 hours after injection.  The peak is the point when insulin begins to exhaust itself and bgs. reach their lowest point before they begin to climb back up. A low reading would be something below 40-50 at which time you MAY see some symptoms.  What is the range your vet told you to aim for?  Ideally, to protect the eyesight, you would want to keep her bgs. less than 200.  So I would like to see those upper 300 numbers brought down.  Another thing to remember is you don't always see results from insulin changes right away.  You were giving 11U, then 10, then 11 again and when do that, you will see a bouncy and unpredictable curve.

I agree with Johanna, that this is most likely just a food issue that just needs some tweaking.  Some dogs just need a small amount of food, or a snack at or close to their peak to keep them from going too low at that point.  Right now, I would add a snack during early afternoon, maybe 1pm, if you're home.  I wouldn't adjust insulin for a few days, then repeat the curve.  What I would expect to see, is less of a drop over the 12 hour period and more consistent numbers.  Then, after the results are in, an overall very slow increase in insulin may bring it all within a normal range.
