Posts: 975 04/30/11 11:18 AM	Tags : None As you may have heard, various names that we have used for centuries are now abandoned for the greater good. We no longer have "wild" animals but rather "free" animals....we no longer have "pets" but rather "companions....and the one I can't believe is it is no longer the "Virgin Mary" but rather the "Young Woman Mary" I wonder if "Great Scott" still is allowed.....Man has too much time on his hands.

Posts: 10009 04/30/11 04:27 PM Administrator	I doubt it's appropriate these days to say 'Great Scott', because of course, that would make him 'better than anyone else else.....perhaps they will want to change it to 'all encompassing Scott', therefore it would cover all things............Oh brother. Cindy and Nash Nash was born 9/2/1998, and is my sweet 1/2 breed Cocker Spaniel/English Springer Spaniel. He was dx'd with diabetes in November 2007 and is currently on 9 units of Novelin N twice a day. You're right Davis, the Young Woman Mary, takes the cake. I know she was met faithfully at the bridge by all her friends that went before her. Rest in peace, my baby. Lucy, 4/18/96-10/24/11

We are not to use the phrases "sly as a fox", "eat like a pig" or "quiet as a mouse"....and we are definately not to call ourselves "dog owners" We are merely "caretakers" (or is that caregivers) I know I am in trouble due to the fact that I talk more than anyone else in the group....as Dee can testify.
