  • What is your dogs name?______Skye

  • How much does your dog weigh? _______   32 kg. She used to be a lot more.

  • How much insulin are you using?   _____   8cc 2x a day

  • What type of insulin are you using? ____   Caninsulin

  • What times are you giving insulin? _____ 7:30am/7:30pm

  • What are you feeding your dog?_______   Right now whatever she will eat...the vet told me to do that and once we get her out of ketoasidosis we will be looking at her food.

  • How often and how much are you feeding?--  Since the diagnosis...I feed only with her insulin, and as much as I can get into her...trying for at least a cup. Not always possible.

  • What type of dog do you have_____ Husky/sheepdog mix

  • Do you home test?     ____________          yes,( with test strips) and her ketones.
