I noticed something the other day that is freaking me out. Lucy has been blind for over 3 years and has never had any serious eye issues or infections like some diabetic dogs. Now it looks like her right eyeball is shrinking or sinking into the socket and it was never like that before. We saw Dr Rick just last week and he looked in her eyes and checked her out and said she looked great. If you look at Lucy from the top of her head, she has always had bulgy, pug eyes that stick out some. Now, that one eye is sunken in and doesn't stick out like before.
Seriously, is this possible for the the eyeball to just dissolve or something?????? She doesn't seem bothered by it, it's not runny or gooey either like an infection. The eyelid just seems to almost be closing over the eyeball a little. What the heck????????????? I think I'll repost this in Dr. Lee's forum too.
