1/2 lb. ground beef,or ground turkey uncooked
1/4 cup beef or chicken broth ( fat free/ sodium free.)
1/3 cup mashed black beans
1/3 cup cottage cheese
1 tsp. soy sauce (optional )
Add the black beans and cottage cheese. Add soy sauce if using.
Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly.
Shape into bone shapes and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Let cool.
