  • What type of insulin are you using?........ Humulin N,

  • What times are you giving insulin?....  9am & 9pm

  • What are you feeding your dog?....... Hill's WD wet canned food.

  • How often and how much are you feeding?...... 1/2 can in the am and 1/2 can in the pm -

  • What type of dog do you have?.... A bichon frise who is very likely part mutt.

  • Your dogs age................... 8 years old ( she was born January 8, 2002.)

  •  Do you home test?......... Not yet,but I'm eagar to learn
