I was stress about all the snow we got last night and wanted to leave for work earlier. So I am feeding the dogs. Brandy starts this strange cough it sounded
like she had a little kibble stuck in her throat. Penny is whining about eating. Of all morning to have a problem what a way to start the day. So I start to
rub Brandy throat and she stops the strange gagging sound. Get Penny to start eating her breakfast. Then I give Brandy her insulin. Within a few minutes she
throw up all over my foot. Yuck now what the heck and of course I have given her the full dose of insulin. So I throw some paper towel over it and take off my
sock. Well Brandy is being a brat and want to eat it. YUCK So as I am cleaning it up I am looking at it. This is strange looking it doesn't look like
Brandy food. So I go look in Penny bowl (because she still will not eat)well stupid me gave her Penny food. Penny eats some canned food and a higher calorie
food. It must of been to rich for Brandy stomach. No wonder Penny doesn't want to eat. I am surprised Brandy ate it she hates all canned food.
So I start all over again. Make new food for both girls. Get them to eat now I wait another 45 minutes to make sure Brandy isn't going to throw up again. So I was late for work anyway. That will teach me to be in a hurry in the morning. Thank god she didn't throw up after I left. The whole time Brandy keeps whining at me and going to the table. She figured she ate so she needs a shot. So I had to give her a pretend shot and another treat. What a brat!!!
Now I am sure tonight she will be higher than I like. Not sure if she threw up all Penny food or not. But I still feed her the same amount of food I was afraid she would drop to low in the day. But all is well.
So slap me upside the head hard. I can believe I made such a stupid mistake.

That doesn't sound good here I am hoping I gave to many treats. But she
don't drinking tons of water so I hope that is a good sign.
