Three gals from here meet! |

Thanks to our DIABETIC doggies, Taffy, Sissy, and Nash - who brought us together a few years ago - we finally meet! Here's Jody, Jerri, and Cindy. It
was a beautiful day and we yakked for hours. Gosh that did the heart good!

Thank you for posting that one (you know what I'm talking about!)!
It was a great day all. So nice to meet Jerri (Jody and I both live in Michigan, so we have met before while delivering Jacque her dog Abbey). It was a beautiful day, little nippy, but beautiful sunshine. We're planning a Spring meet, and do some shopping (now I know Marianne won't join us, lol)......it was a cute little place we met at in Perrysburg Ohio. Set up like a little town, very quaint, and pretty. I'm sure it's beautiful in the Spring and Summer. It was fun!!
Cindy and Nash
Nash was born 9/2/1998, and is my sweet 1/2 breed Cocker Spaniel/English Springer Spaniel. He was dx'd with diabetes in November 2007 and is currently on 9 units of Novelin N twice a day. Nash went blind approximately 6 mnths after dx, has glaucoma and gets eye drops 5x day |

Oh yes - it was a great time! All we did was talk- and eat! And talking while we ate! It is so much fun to meet people that we "know" from the
computer. I had to call my husband and let him know that these were "real people." I think he thought I was going to be kidnapped and tortured. I
showed him the pictures, too. Everything was fine. I could do some major league shopping there - Yankee Candle and Coldwater Creek. And those are just the
ones we walked past. It only took less than 2 hours to get home. I had some delays on the way up. Cindy and Jody were such fun, and so cute. I don't
know why but the picture in the Italian restaurant made our butts look huge! I'm glad you had a safe drive home.

In time we wont be just computer friends !!!
I met Dee in San Francisco a few months ago,, It was great !!! So now its 5 of us that have met from here... lets keep the list growing.... We owe these friendships to our diabetic dogs...

Heh Johanna, it's actually 6 that have met. Jody and I met Jac when we delivered Abbey last February.
Jody, you should post that picture of us on each side of Jac (looking like Amazons), and Abbey laying flat on the ground. We should also say who is who in our picture in Perrysburg. Jody is on the left, Jerri in the middle, and me (Cindy) on the right. Pretty soon, I think Jac and Carolyn will also be meeting. How cool will that be?
