How long do you have to ice it? It isn't a lifetime thing, is it?
Yes, Carolyn, I consider myself to be the lump person. It's an important life mission and dammit - somebody's got to do it!

We survived another lump scare. A lump is just a lump. The lump on her leg is a fat lump. I asked why did it show up so fast. He said when her removed the
cancerous tumor before he took a lot of tissue from around the tumor. So it could of been there a while I just didn't feel it. He also checked the lump on
her chest next to the one on her leg. This one has been there a while and is just a fat lump. But we wanted to be sure it stayed a fat lump. A fat lump he
removed about a 1 1/2 ago is starting to form again.

The lump on her rump. It right on the bone. Is a cyst gross when he poke it with the needle all kinds of fluid and blood. So we need to ice her rump. He think
she could of bump her bone causing the a bruise on her bone so fluid formed around it to protect the bone. Isn't it neat how the body protects itself. We
all know Brandy doesn't stroll through life she goes at full force all the time.

We also got some new pads to try for the acne. They...

Dawn, did you take Brandy to the vet? We need an update!

I'm thinking it's a fatty lump or a cyst or maybe it's something stuck in there (she sat on something?). Both my dogs are covered in lumps but none
are dangerous. Ella has several fatty lumps and one in particular feels much harder than the others. But it's a just another garden-variety fatty-thing.
It's good to get your vet to have a look especially since Brandy had cancer in the past.

Until your vet has a look...

Dawn, the one sounds like it might be what is called a 'fatty tumor', which is NOT cancerous, and generally they don't remove unless it starts to
interfere with function of the dog. Nash has quite a few, and we watch them. But, so far no changes. My brothers dog had a huge one, and it got bigger as
she really got older. But, the Vet didn't want it removed unless it started to interfere with her movement.

The one that the Doc removed about a year ago is another story. And I guess I wouldn't wait on that one. Was it big when the Doc removed it before (that
is, as big as it is right now). Did you say you just changed foods? What kind of cancer was it?

Nash has a new spot in the same area you are talking about. Under his arm, in the 'pit'. I thought it was a wart (he has about 5), but, I was looking
at it last night, and it looks different. It's not a lump......but, I'm a bit concerned. I'm going to give him a good...

Last week I notice a lump and Brandy rump. It right next to the bone that back there (hip bone). My daughter said it could be her anal sack. So I looked that
up and I don't think it is. So I was just watching the lump to see if it made any changes. It doesn't feel like it is in-cased in anything. It almost
Now the depressing part about a 1 1/2 ago Brandy had a cancerous lump removed from her leg (in the arm pit almost). Vet said he thought he got it all and the
path report showed all the margin clean. But I check this spot at least once a week to make sure. Well this morning it was back. It almost the size of a golf
ball and I know it wasn't there last week. It moves as a solid mass and feel like it is in-cased in a sac.
Sorry to put this in the diabetic section. But Brandy is diabetic. So I need the lump is a lump, but it so hard to think...
